Our Process

Notice of Test Request

We offer a specialized individual board testing service utilizing advanced flying probe testers for precise and efficient results.

1. In order to conduct testing, we require a good quality board for each model of board you request.

2. Output File or Geber File in CADS (ASCII) format.

3. Part X-Y coordinate data.

4. Removal of test-ready foreign substances (coatings, flux) is essential.

5. A 3mm clearance is required on both sides to mount the board, and if there is not enough clearance, a separate mask must be manufactured. (additional cost incurred)

6. After the test is completed, we will provide a result report as a CSV (Excel) file.

7. If there are no CADs + Gerber files, inspection is also possible using the digitizing method (additional costs apply)

In-Circuit Measurement

The Simple ICT (In-Circuit Test) Function is Supported by Measuring the Various Capacity Values for Each Components.

Voltage Test

The Power Failures are Detected by Measuring the Voltage Between the Test Point to Point (NET) When the Power is Applied Through the Power Supply and Connector of the Board. (Consultation Needed).

Current Test

Monitors the amount of current change of the applied power source to identify power failure. (Consultation Needed).
